He has developed and sold new beach houses on Pensacola Beach, Navarre Beach and Perdido Key Beach. He is also a realtor and has sold condos and other properties on the beaches and in the City of Pensacola. Not long after moving to Pensacola, Michael discovered an area on the fringe of Downtown Pensacola, called East Hill, that he thought had tremendous potential. He soon began developing single family dwellings, townhomes and small commercial properties in that area. Michael is currently a realtor with Gunther Properties, a commercial brokerage in Downtown Pensacola.
