Batteries Plus Lease in Pace, FL

Troy Stepherson recently closed on a long-term lease to Batteries Plus in Pace, Florida at the Riley Place Shopping Center.  Batteries Plus is the nation's largest and fastest growing battery franchise, with over 700 locations throughout the United States.

QTC Health Services Lease

Gunther Properties recently facilitated the renewal of a long-term lease for Leidos QTC Health Services at the Medical Center Clinic on Davis Highway.  

QTC Health Services is a division of Leidos, a publicly traded Fortune 500 company.  QCT Health Services has maintained a contract to perform VA disability exams with the Department of Defense for over 25 years.

2032 Creighton Road, Pensacola, FL

Fred Gunther and Troy Stepherson with Gunther Properties represented the owner of 2032 Creighton Road in Pensacola and leased for over 2,500 square feet of Class “A” office space to Florida Gas Transmission Company.  They will be joining Integrity Financial Group and Allstate Insurance in this multi-tenant office building located along the Creighton Road corridor.

2.71 Acres Vacant Land at Carpenter's Creek Drive and 9th Avenue

Gunther Properties participated in the sale of this acreage situated on the corner of heavily trafficked North 9th Avenue and Carpenters Creek Drive.  The parcel is located across from Publix in the direct vicinity of Cordova Mall, the Pensacola International Airport, Pensacola State College, and Ascension Sacred Heart Hospital.  There were challenges to overcome with the site due to topography and proximity to Carpenters Creek. Six month closing was taken into sales price consideration. The purchase price was $975,000.

Jefferson Park Office Building & Vacant Lot Sale at 3298 Summit Blvd., Ste. 44, Pensacola, FL

Gunther Properties worked with both Gulf Civil Engineering and Biome Consulting Group, the buyer and seller, on the sale of this 3,000 square foot Class A office building. The adjacent lot was included in the sale.

Warehouse in Palafox Industrial Park, 3840 Hopkins Street, Pensacola, FL

 

This 14,760 square foot building consists of 4,850 sf of office, 5,350 sf of climate controlled warehouse and 4,560 square feet of un-conditioned warehouse  with both dock high and grade level loading docks on a .91 acre parcel. The property was sold for $1,190,000 which was within 1% of the asking price of $1,200,000. The property featured rare M-2 zoning in Palafox Industrial Park. Fred Gunther worked with both the buyer and seller on this transaction.

Gunther Properties worked with both the buyer and seller on this two-story 4,000 square foot office building located in Cordova Square at 4400 Bayou Boulevard. The sales price was $585,000.

Gunther Properties leased the former local corporate office of Humana, a 4,220 square feet class A office space at 2032 Creighton Road in Pensacola, to Integrity Financial Group of Northwest Florida at the full asking lease rate.
