The sale of the Bridlewood Subdivision represents the largest land sale in the Pensacola MLS system within the past 11 years.  The 111 lot subdivision sold for $3,500,000.

Jan. 12, 2018 (Pensacola, Fla.) – Gunther Properties is proud to announce its recent brokerage of the largest land sale recorded in Northwest Florida in the Pensacola MLS in more than 10 years.

The sale of 17 acres within the Bridlewood subdivision by Mobile Hwy. Pensacola, LLC to the national homebuilder D.R. Horton closed on Dec. 11, 2017 with a sale price of $3.5 million.

The property includes 111 lots on Steeplechase Boulevard, Blackhorse Circle and Paddock Way located along Mobile Highway east of the Escambia County Equestrian Center.

The Galveztown development was recently featured across the Pensacola News Journal, Independent Weekly and The Pulse.  The InWeekly noted Galveztown as playing a key role in downtown Pensacola development, and both The Pulse and the PNJ published exclusive updates on the progress of the development.  Read the excerpts below.
