Brian Choron
Brian has been licensed for over twelve years. He is also a certified residential appraiser and a licensed insurance adjuster.
Bryan Baars
Real Estate Broker Associate for over 30 years having expertise in residential waterfront, acreage, investment and commercial properties. Previous sales positions at Marriott Hotels in New Orleans, Dallas, New York and Southwestern Regional Sales Manager for the hotel division of Rank Organisation, London. Community involvement with participation in Five Flags Sertoma, Gulf Coast Arts Festival, and Habitat for Humanity. Attended University of Denver and Florida State University majoring in Economics and minoring in Real Estate. Special interest include sailing, snow skiing and's a master swimmer.
Fred Gunther
Fred is owner and Broker of Gunther Properties, which he launched in 2006. He has over 20 years of experience in real estate specializing in complex commercial transactions. Fred has been instrumental in the growth and development of downtown Pensacola. In 2006, he partnered with architect Scott Sallis and the City of Pensacola to develop The Lofts on Intendencia creating much-needed professional housing downtown. Since then he has served as Chairman of the City of Pensacola's Zoning Board of Adjustments for several years and is a Trustee and Officer of the Community Maritime Park Associates Board. He is currently developing Galvestown, a mixed use development on Palafox Street in downtown Pensacola.
In addition to being owner/broker of Gunther Properties, Fred holds the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). This distinction notes recognized experts in the commercial and investment real estate industry who are also part of a global commercial real estate network with members across North America and in more than thirty countries. Of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners in North America, 9,000 hold the CCIM designation. Fred has also been a member of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Developpment Association, since 2007. NAIOP is the leading organization for developers, owner and investors of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use real estate.

Karen specializes in residential sales and has over twenty years of experience in real estate.
Michael Thiel
Michael is originally from New Orleans Louisiana. He graduated from Loyola University in New Orleans with a degree in Business and Marketing. Following graduation, he began working in the banking industry and eventually became a VP in real estate lending and was in charge of managing and selling the bank's Real Estate Owned (REOs). In addition to his banking career, he began building and investing in new construction real estate deals ranging from single family dwelling to small commercial. He also became a licensed Real Estate Broker in the New Orleans area and still holds that license today. During his banking career, Michael would often visit the Panhandle of Florida for long weekends and weekly. He visited Florida so often, coworkers and friends would say “you go there so much, why don’t you move there permanently?” He did in 2002, to the Pensacola area, to initially invest in and build new construction beach houses. He has developed and sold new beach houses on Pensacola Beach, Navarre Beach and Perdido Key Beach. He is also a realtor and has sold condos and other properties on the beaches and in the City of Pensacola. Not long after moving to Pensacola, Michael discovered an area on the fringe of Downtown Pensacola, called East Hill, that he thought had tremendous potential. He soon began developing single family dwellings, townhomes and small commercial properties in that area. Michael is currently a realtor with Gunther Properties, a commercial brokerage in Downtown Pensacola. He offers hard work and a professional work ethic in assisting individuals and investment groups find their piece of paradise in the Panhandle of Florida. Troy Stepherson, CCIM
Troy Stepherson specializes in the marketing and sales of commercial real estate, distressed assets and investment properties in the Northwest Florida region and Downtown Pensacola. Prior to working with Gunther Properties, Troy served the Ropella Group, Coast 360 Television, PBS television, AT&T, several startups in the region, the City of Pensacola Parks and Recreation, the Florida Small Business Development Center Network State Office at the University of West Florida, the UWF Department of Communication Arts, and Pensacola State College. He has served as a Guardian Ad Litem, and currently, since 2017, on the City of Pensacola Zoning Board of Adjustments. His spare time is primarily devoted to the great outdoors.

William VanHorn
William's family has been in the real estate business for four generations, so William has been active in real estate since before he learned to walk. He has managed a number of commercial development projects nationwide and specializes in retail Tenant representation. William has a Management degree with a Marketing Minor from the University of West Florida and also earned a Sales Management Certificate in 2012.
