QCTM Lease, Pensacola, FL

Gunther Properties worked with QCTM on the long-term lease of 3,855 square feet of space at the Medical Center Clinic tower, located at 8333 N. Davis Highway in Pensacola, Florida.

QCTM is a division of Leidos, a publicly traded Fortune 500 company.  QCTM has maintained a contract to perform VA disability exams with the Department of Defense for over 25 years.

This transaction represents the largest land sale in Northwest Florida in the Pensacola MLS system within the past 11 years.  The timing of this sale was very important and Fred worked on this transaction for over 4 years. 111 lots in Bridlewood subdivision sold to DR Horton on 12/14/17.  The sales price was $3,500,000.

This unique property formerly housed the Newpoint School of Pensacola, and was sold for $2.9M to an undisclosed buyer. The building consists of 46,826 SF on 5.57 acres. Prior to the sale, the building sat vacant for over a year. Gunther Properties represented the buyer in this transaction.

Gunther Properties represented an undisclosed buyer in the $2.3 million purchase of 2205 La Vista Avenue. This 32,464 SF office space was the former Cox Communications headquarters located in Pensacola, FL.
