Prior to Gunther Properties being engaged, the acquired commercial properties were not being actively marketed and had vacancy rates several times higher than the market vacancy rate at that time. Gunther Properties handled the marketing and leasing of vacant commercial space within the proposed Airport Commerce Park area, resulting in an increase in the occupancy rate of these commercial properties by 17% within a one year period and substantially increasing lease revenue to the City of Pensacola.
