Gunther Hopes to Develop Workforce Housing at Former Blount School Site

Gunther Properties is one of just two firms which submitted proposals to purchase the former W.A. Blount Junior High School site from the City of Pensacola.  The proposal was submitted on behalf of Galveztown, with the goal being to develop workforce housing on the site.

 

If the bid is won, Galveztown intends to add thirty new homes to the neighborhood.
